What we do
Services for complex health and social needs.
We deliver imaginative services that empower people to build happier, fulfilling lives. The work spans recovery, wellbeing, housing-related support, clinical pathways, young people and families, women’s support, criminal justice rehabilitation and progression into learning or work.
Connected support
People rarely arrive with one neat problem.
BE4CARE works with the reality of people’s lives. Substance use, offending, trauma, mental health, housing, family breakdown, poverty and low confidence often overlap. Support is therefore joined up, non-judgemental and focused on practical movement towards recovery and progression.
The aim is not to process people through a service. The aim is to help people stabilise, build resilience and move towards a safer, healthier and more purposeful future.
Integrated support, not isolated interventions.
BE4CARE’s model recognises the links between health, trauma, housing, family pressure, substance use, offending, employment and confidence.
Support for trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, autism and other conditions affecting daily life.
High quality, sustainable recovery and support for adults and young people using proven programmes and activities.

Pathway intelligence
Multiple needs are explored without reducing the person to a label.
Recovery, housing, family, health, education or justice support is mapped.
Resilience, stability and independence are reviewed as the work develops.
Established protocols
BE4CARE delivers high quality, non-judgemental and safe services that provide personalised treatment interventions. We work with service users at all stages of their recovery journey to support full recovery and progression into purposeful futures such as employment, housing, health independence and improved family situations.
Holistic support services
Wraparound support can involve families, carers and loved ones, stabilising finances and housing, improving health and wellbeing, and creating activities that enable purposeful social inclusion.
Treating people on their individual terms
Engagement happens at the person’s pace. BE4CARE works with personal goals and aspirations so that recovery plans are realistic, agreed and within the genuine capabilities of the person being supported.
Family interventions
BE4CARE’s family work has included preventative support around gang association, county lines, violence, poverty, parental drug use, poor parenting and family tension in both urban and rural communities.
